The lake looked beautiful on your grand opening . Everyone should be and/or will be very pleased. It looks clean and nicely set up for family or club activities

Sure hated to miss the big celebration, looks like you had a GREAT turnout! Wish we could have had one of those wonderful hot dogs. Thanks for all your hard work to make the beach renovation possible, it will be enjoyed by many people. You are a real asset to our lake family!!!

Thanks Dave and Jae. I'm just the tool. It was the generous donors and those that helped that are the real asset. You two are at the top of the list. Missed having you there. Was a great afternoon. I'll add some more photos and video throughout the week as time allows.

Fantastic "rehab" of the Lake beach area! Congratulations to the 50+ property owners and friends of the Lake who helped make this project go from a "need" to a reality either through their financial contributions, labor or construction equipment use. The beach area has needed a revitalization and sprucing up for a number of years and our beach today was well worth the wait! Thanks to Tom Hornstein for "hatching" this project ...and seeing it to completion. The entire Hornstein family can be rightfully proud of this effort; Maria (aka the Martha Stewart of the Lake) added a touch of class to the design of the plan and Antonio served as resident gopher and "do-what-nobody-else-wants-to-do-handyman". Thanks!!!

Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.

    The how and why.

Years ago when I was looking for a lake front cabin I stumbled across a realtor ad for Lake of the Oaks.  There was nothing on the web about our lake.

Everything had to be learned by chasing people down and making phone calls.  I couldn't believe that in the age of the Internet,  information about the lake was left in the Stone Age.  I decided to do something about that when I became an owner.

Always interested in technology, I enjoy providing information and updates to fellow owners and prospects. Please let me know if its working.
